What to do if you are unhappy about support for your child’s Special Educational Needs (SEN) at Pear Tree Infant and Nursery School:

1. Speak to the SENCO first
   Your first step should be to talk to the school’s Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), Mrs S Khan. She is responsible for coordinating support and provision for children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
2. Escalate to the Head Teacher
   If your concerns are not resolved, you should then speak to the Head Teacher, Mrs B Suddhi.
3. Further action
   If you are still unhappy after following the school’s process, you can refer to the official government guidance on making a complaint about SEN provision:
