How photographs are used

at Pear Tree Infant School and Walbrook Nursery School

 

Photographs of pupils are taken showcasing their memorable learning experiences, and 

learning achievements. Pupils work may be published on our school website, twitter page

and around the school.

 

School class photographs are taken by a professional photographer. As such we

follow strict guidelines on the storing of pupils photos.

 

As a school we follow the Data Protection Act, which outlines as an educational setting, photographs

of a child are considered to be personal data. As such, we will never display a child's photograph on our

school website, twitter page or any other form of social media without written consent.

 

Permission forms allowing us to use your child's photographs are

filled in with admission forms. 

Requests for these forms can be collected from the school office.
